Stafford Boot Camp takes a non-military approach to fitness, weight loss, accountability, nutrition, and better overall health. You won't find any drill sergeant yelling commands but encouraging coaches that are here to support you in any way possible on your journey to success.
We make it simple no matter what shape, size, or fitness level you start at. We meet you where you're at and have a system that progresses your level of fitness very quickly.
The different pieces of equipment used in class make getting results even easier and more exciting because each class if different! We have easily accessible and interchangeable Les Mills bars, top-notch water rowing machines, and TRX to help our clients with functional fitness. Our main goal here is to ensure our clients get the results they are looking for with encouragement and celebration along the way. We make it easy to track your progress with our innovative 3D Body Scanner. You are able to see on screen where you are progressing as well as set goals to help stay on track.
You have access to all of our class times and each class is 45 minutes in length.
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs: 5:30am, 8:30am, and 5:30pm
Friday: 5:30am, 8:30am, and no evening class

With an easy to follow plan and accountability from our trainers and staff, this becomes simple! There are eating plans available for anyone! From staying home to eating out constantly, or Vegan specific, we have a plan for you!

Accountability is one of the biggest components of success, however, most programs ignore this! Not at Stafford Boot Camp 360, we know this can be the missing component to extraordinary results! We have systems in place that allows us to monitor your daily progress and you are assigned a "Personal Accountability Coach" who ensures you're doing what you need to do to get the best results possible.
Guess what? You get access to every single class! No restrictions!
Morning Classes - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 5:30am-6:15am, 8:30am-9:15am
Evening Classes - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday : 5:30pm-6: 15pm
